The St. Patrick's Seminary community was among tens of thousands who gathered Jan. 26 in Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco for the 15th Annual Walk for Life West Coast. Seminarians, sisters, faculty, and staff all participated in the two-mile march from Civic Center Plaza down Market Street to Justin Herman Plaza.
The atmosphere was a celebration for the sanctity of life with a large assortment of messages calling for an end to abortion. Among a very youthful crowd, our seminarians participated in reverent prayer, joyous song, and strong camaraderie with the other people as they took a strong stand for the dignity of the human person. All are looking forward to next year’s event – January 25, 2020.
